Owner Rachel Reich, along with her two sisters Jenny Wood and Carolyn Reich, offer up a variety of services to enhance your overall well being that include acupuncture, massage, diet, herbs and exercise. Zumba in the morning, a massage and facial in the afternoon is one routine I could easily fall into. Massages are available by appointment either at their location or if you prefer, yours. Additional services are in the works such as Pilates and an essential oils bar so we'll keep you posted.
